Hello harmonica lovers, in two years and a half I've recorded well over a hundred and fifty videos of myself playing the harmonica, most of them are available on YouTube.com
Since the original video files are of a higher image and sound quality, I decided to send them on a DVD to anyone requesting it.
On the DVD I also include MP3 versions of the videos so one can easily create an audio CD out of the MP3 files to listen on a CD-player or use a MP3-player.
To get it delivered at your door, simply send money my way (29.95 US Dollars or 19.95 Euros) and I'll burn and post a DVD in a convenient package so it won't be damaged.
Contact me if you need more information beforehand.
When you're ready click on the DONATE button in your currency:
29.95 US Dollars: 19.95 Euros:

On the form there's a field to input your delivery address and also a field to add optional instructions, or simply to let me know something special related to you.
Thank you for reading and have a nice day,
James Colin

I started learning the harmonica a few months ago when my husband brought one home so he could try to learn it...he hasn't had the chance to touch it since because after the first note...I was hooked. Put it down a few weeks ago and then found your video and was inspired to try again! Thanks for the videos...they really help me get the timing and all right!
I love your playing, and
I love your playing, and your hats. What I like the most is the way your hands work with the music. I would like to hear you play our National Anthem: "O Canada", I could send you a cool Canadian hat, to add to your collection.

Why not? I simply need to find the music sheet and the music in midi and I could work on it. Send me an email at 12freemusic(at)gmail.com with whatever you already have regarding the Canadian anthem.
Cheers,

Hey, I love your harmonica playing...n The way you move your right hand, reminds me of the way I used to pluck the Guitar strings some time back!(way kewl!)
Well...you made me take out one dusty Harmonica from my drawer I bought ages ago n never touch...
Can you tell me how much practise or time does it take to actually learn to be as good as covering songs like Blue Skies and I just called to say....

Hi, thank you for your
Hi, thank you for your message. To play a national anthem I need a midi or mp3 file as well as a sheet music.
In terms of practise, blue skies at normal speed is quite challenging, but I just called to say is more manageable. If you're a total beginner I'd say one year is a good time frame to look at with daily training before you can swing well, unfortunately chromatic harmonica is not the easiest instrument because of the needed precision and synchronisation between both hands and breathing.
But once you can play it, then most popular musics are easy, as most things, it's the beginning that is hardest when learning harmonica.
Cheers,
James
